Jekka, I'm sounding like a broken record. Rain.... never ending rain & quite heavy at times. A constant cold monsoon that's gone on for weeks. Blahhh....

It is also raining here in Malta. We had January and February which were almost rainless and pretty hot. March is colder and its been raining on and off.

Hope by the end of the weekend the weather changes and the temperature returns to normal.

SUNSHINE today!! I can't believe it!! Razz When my son came to wake me (I asked him to), he said "There's this strange fiery-looking orb in the sky - I'm worried." I think most of us have forgotten what the sun looks like. Wink

So I've spent a fair amount of time outside today although the wind is nippy but I can't believe how beautiful it looks. Lots of towering clouds - some dark, some white & fluffy but NO rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be the same so I'll be off taking some photos. Oh, joy! Oh, ecstasy!! I can't describe how wonderful this is to all these poor soggy souls out here.

In my part of the sky the Sun came today, too. Everything looks so beautifull: old messy street, dusty cars, pale people...
Plants looks more better than ever
I am extremly happy because the Sun charge my batteries and give me all energy that I need. Yeee!

Well SUN AGAIN! 17c much too warm for this time of the year. Still I don't mind as long as it doesn't mean we are going to fry in the summer.

And here it is April 2, shrubs, spring flowers & bulbs, & cherry trees & many other plants all blooming pretty & we got SNOW - what happened??!!

We've never, in all our recorded weather data since it was started, had snow this late in the year! I can't begin to tell you what a shock it is. And a few days ago it was warm & I was happily working outside with thongs on my feet & just a shirt on top.

It's wet snow & is very strange so I know it won't last & soon will warm up again but so weird looking now.

I can hardly complain though. When I turned on the news, I heard of the earthquake & tsunami in the south Pacific that hit the Solomon Islands. The water washed right over many of the low lying islands. Few there would survive something like that. Crying or Very sad Poor, poor people - no place to escape to.
