I have two different plants. I have tried to find them on every website I could find and nothing resembles either of these plants. One looks like some kind of palm tree. It is about two feet tall and has long narrow leaves. The second one I was told was an elephant ear plant but the leaves do not resemble any elephant ear plants I have looked up. The stem for the leaves are very long and pretty thick. The leaves are bigger than a hand and grow out of the top of the tree.

The upper photo could be some species of Dracaena, maybe some variety of Dracaena fragrans. The lower photo is probably Fiddle-leaf Philodendron (Philodendron bipinnatifidum).
